That's why we created a 30 day return policy.
Choose from these two options:
Option 1: DIY - We provide you with a return shipping address & you ship the package back using the carrier of your choice.
You will pay for shipping it back to us.
Option 2: Return Label - We provide a pre-paid return label, and you use the pre-paid label to send the product(s) back.
However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Something was wrong with my order! Can I return this?
Yes, we can process a return as long as:
➀ All items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
➁ We receive the return request within 30 days of the order date.
Can I return a part of a set or bundle?
- Yes, you can return a part of The Starter Set or The Complete Bundle. The process is the same as returning individual purchases.
Can I return products purchased with the EzPacking Gift Card?
Yes, you can return products purchased with the Envoychic Gift Card.
What are the shipping charges?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Since we are a small family business, we ask that you kindly understand our policy. In other words, we will refund 100% of what you paid us (including taxes) minus any shipping charges (if any).
Do you charge any restocking fees?
We don't charge any restocking fees. We will refund you via the original payment method used on your order.
What's your refund policy?
We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund minus return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer any exchanges but you can initiate a return for a refund instead.
